4.26.25 11:30pm Carlsbad PD initiated a traffic pursuit in their city and it ended up coming all the way down to mid city in San Diego The pursuit came down the I 15 south until the driver ran out of gas passing through Mission Valley. As he came up the hill towards Adams Avenue, he pulled over. There was a prolonged standoff and he was alternating between opening the door, rolling the window up and down and even took some time to smoke meth from a glass pipe. Ultimately, he put his hands out of the window and open the door and walked out and was arrested
